My Story 

Hi, I’m Amarnath Arumugam, but you can call me Amar. I’m a model, entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and fitness expert with a story that’s all about resilience, transformation, and making an impact.

Born and raised in Erode, Tamil Nadu, my journey started with humble beginnings and a big dream. Growing up, I faced challenges like being bullied for my thin frame. But those moments of struggle fueled my determination to transform myself. In 2016, I began my fitness journey—a path that not only reshaped my body but also redefined my life.

​

Today, I’m proud to say that I’ve turned my passion into purpose. As a model, I’ve had the honor of earning accolades like Mr. Fitness Icon of India 2021 and Mr. Supranational South India 2023. I was also one of the top 7 finalists at Mr. India Supranational 2023, becoming the first Tamilian to win a title in the prestigious Mister Supranational organization. These achievements are more than titles; they’re milestones in a journey of self-belief and hard work.

When it comes to my education, I hold a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, under Anna University, Chennai. Later, I pursued my MBA in Digital Marketing at Jain University, Bangalore and now pursuing Doctorate in Digital-Neuro Marketing under same Jain University. My academic journey laid the foundation for my expertise in technology and marketing, which I now integrate into my entrepreneurial and consulting endeavors.

Beyond modeling, I’ve channeled my experiences into entrepreneurship and consulting. I founded "The Muscle Engineer" in 2023, an online fitness platform designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals with personalized programs and expert guidance. With nearly a decade of fitness experience, I’ve built a platform that’s about more than just workouts—it’s about empowering people to transform their lives.

As a marketing strategist & consultant, I bring my expertise in digital marketing to help brands thrive in today’s competitive landscape. Whether it’s strategy, branding, or performance marketing, I’m passionate about creating value and driving results for my clients.
